Another feature of the S351 occurred in 1998 in Franklin at the Music City Grand National Mustang Show, again with its founder. In 1999 the Saleen S351 won an award as first in its category, as well as the Sponsor's Choice for Best of Show at the Augusta, Georgia Mustang Club of America National Show.
